Flippa has gone through an evolution over the years. When I discovered it, it was the best place to sell domains, websites and mobile apps. Many people will probably think that those are the only things you can buy and sell on there. However, they’ve expanded things enormously. Their asset marketplace includes all of those, as well as Amazon FBA storefronts.

Beyond that, Flippa is now one of the best destinations to sell businesses, covering the following categories: Advertising, Ecommerce, Marketplace, Service and SaaS. 

Industries

It’s very easy to stick to industries that you’re familiar with and you have the most knowledge on. It’s a good starting place, but you need to find a good niche. It’s a race to find the gaps in the market and introduce assets and businesses that cater to the people that really care about that industry.
