Before you let out your home though, it’s worth making sure that you are legally able to do it on your property. This could potentially be a problem if you own a leasehold property where the landlord gets an overall say of what you can do contractually. You may also have to pay certain fees or expenses on top to maintain the letting/hire of the space to a high standard. So this is all worth considering before going ahead.

With social media being such a big part of everyone’s daily lifestyle, more individuals are starting blogs or YouTube channels in order to make money from their craft. YouTube is a huge platform that has made celebrities out of normal everyday people, merely by their content and what they put out into the world. They can generate huge followings which have the ability to influence and direct their fans to have a certain viewpoint or to buy things they promote.
